The hairstyles and even the clothes of the 1950's made women look like women and men look like men. Both sexes were classic and sexy. People dressed up. Women wore hats, gloves, high heels and struggled with their girddles to make them shapely. Men wore suits, hats, overcoats and were dapper: neat, trim and spruced up. I remember my father coming home from work and sitting around the house with his neck tie on until he was ready retire for the evening. Then in the 1960's the "Hippie" movement moved in.
With what happened in the 1960's during the "Hippie" movement why would that cause the dresscode to relax? Please opine in 50 words or less about as many or as few points as you want to discuss. Thanks and come back soon.
